• Gift cards are non-physical items delivered to the user's verified email address and SMS contact.
• Each gift card is additionally subject to the respective issuing brand's terms and redemption guidelines.
3. Gift Card Restrictions & Expiry
• Digital gift cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or physical currency.
• Every voucher carries a validity window specified during purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be revalidated or refunded.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their voucher codes & PINs.
